Beccles to Oulton Broad 2008
Twelve members paddled the 10 miles from Beccles quay to Oulton Broad with Lowestoft Canoe Club on Sunday 29th June 2008. Unfortunately there was cloud cover for the entire trip which quickly cleared once everyone was off the water.
The trip gave members a chance to experience different conditions to those experienced at Swanton Morley, particularly with the wash created by the large number of boats.
New Years Day 2008
Five members braved the sea at East Runton on New Years Day to paddle to Cromer Pier and back.
Mince Pie Paddle 2007
Fourteen members turned up to the Mince Pie Paddle at Castle Farm to paddle to the falls where numerous mince pies were eaten before heading back with the flow to Castle Farm.
